Sunday Sweet Potatoes Recipe

3 c. mashed sweet potatoes, canned is fine
2 eggs
1 c. sugar, can use half white and half brown
c. milk
1/3 c. melted butter
1 tsp. Vanilla

1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. brown sugar
c. melted butter
1 c. coconut
1/3 c. flour

Mix first ingredients together and pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
Mix topping ingredients together. Pat or sprinkle on top of sweet potato mixture.
Bake at 375 for about 30 minutes, or until top starts to brown.
