1 small ripe avocado, peeled, chopped
4 slices bacon, cooked crisp, chopped
5 oz. Mixed salad greens
1 boneless skinless chicken breast half, grilled, chopped
2 plum tomatoes, quartered
¼ c. Athenos Blue Cheese
1 hard cooked egg, chopped
2 green onions, sliced
¼ c. Garlic Vinaigrette Dressing (or dressing of choice)

Toss avacado with lemon juice. Place in large salad bowl. Add all remaining ingredients and serve.
