1 ¼ c. instant potatoes
¾ c. sugar
¾ c. oil
3 eggs
½ c. dry milk
1 ½ tsp. Salt
3 c. hot water
2 T. yeast
2 c. flour
6 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Mix potatoes, sugar, oil, eggs, milk, salt and hot water. Add yeast. Let cool. Add 2 c. flour and mix until bubbly. Add 5 - 6 c. flour. Knead 6 - 8 minutes. Make into Parker House or round rolls. Let rise and bake at 350º for 15 - 20 minutes.
