2 c. water
3 tsp. Salt
2 T. butter
4 T. sugar
2 c. bread flour
2 T. quick rise yeast
4 more c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Microwave water, salt, butter and sugar for 3 minutes. Add 2 c. flour and yeast. Mix together. Add about 4 more c. flour.
Lead knead in mixer for about 10 minutes.
Turn oven on and let it get to 200. Turn oven off and put bowl in oven and let rise til double.

Take out and form into French bread form. Make cuts across top and brush water across top. Let rise again and then bake at 400 for about 20 minutes.
