2 1/2-3 lbs. brisket
1c. catsup
1c. ginger ale
1 pkg. onion soup mix
1/4c. red wine

Directions:
Directions:
In large bowl, combine catsup, ginger ale, onion soup mix. Place in skillet, add brisket at high heat to brown, turning several times. Reduce heat to low; add wine.
Cover, and simmer approximately 2 hours. Cut thin and then warm in sauce, serve over rice.
