1 bunch asparagus
1/4 lb. butter or margarine
1/4c. fresh orange juice
4 tsps. fresh lemon juice
1/2 tsp. grated lemon rind
1/2 tsp. grated orange rind

Directions:
Directions:
Break asparagus stalks at the lowest spot where they will snap easily. Wash asparagus. Cook stalks, covered in small amount of boiling salted water, until just tender. Drain.
To make sauce, melt butter or margarine. Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to serving temperature, stirring occasionally. Serve with cooked asparagus. Garnish with lemon slices, if desired.
