Cook skinless chicken breast in frying pan in a little oil (Canola, Olive, or whatever) until almost done. Remove and hold.

Directions:
Directions:
To the pan add about a cup of chicken broth, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, 3 tablespoons lime juice, 2 teaspoons (heaping) Dijon mustard,and 1 tablespoon butter. Bring to a boil. Mix 1 tablespoon cornstarch with a little water. Add to pan to thicken mixture. Return chicken to pan and finish cooking.
