1 1/2 c. corn oil
6 eggs
3 c. flour, self rising
3 c. white sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. black walnut flavor
5 carrots, grated
1 1/2 c. black walnuts

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together by hand, stirring with spoon. Bake in a large bundt pan at 350 degrees for 60 minutes.

Topping:
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. buttermilk
3/4 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. syrup
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla

Drizzle over cake.
