2 lbs. lean ground beef
1 lg. onion
1 green pepper
1-8oz. tomato sauce
1 c. water
1 tbsp. chili powder
1/4 tsp.cayenne pepper
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. cumin
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 tsp. salt
1-16oz. pinto beans

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, onion, green pepper in pressure cooker. Add remaining ingredients except beans. Attach lid tight place on pressure guage. Cook 5 minutes at 10 lbs. pressure. Let pressure drop on its own accord. Add beans.

Using the pressure cooker makes the chili taste better. This is probably the best chili I have ever eaten. It can be cooked without the pressure cooker.
