2 c. cooked garbanzos
1/3 c. fresh lemon juice
1/4 c. tahini (sesame seed butter)
2 cloves garlic
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c. broth from garbanzos
cumin, to taste (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Process all ingredients in a blender or food processor. Add additional liquid if needed. Spread on pita triangles or crackers.
