Directions:
Directions:
Put ½ c. vinegar in a gallon size Ziploc bag.
Add food coloring.
Add uncooked pasta. Zip bag and gently shake for 2 minutes.
Put pasta on a cake rack or strainer and let dry thoroughly.

OR:
Place uncooked pasta in a large bowl. Cover pasta with rubbing alcohol. All pasta must be covered.
Add drops of food coloring to desired color. Stir gently to mix.
Allow pasta to sit, stirring occasionally, until the pasta reaches the color of darkness you want. The pasta will not get soft. This can take an hour. Pour off rubbing alcohol, spread pasta out on paper towel lined cookie sheets until dry.
