½ pound ground beef
½ cup chopped onion
2 cups beef broth
1 14-oz jar spaghetti sauce
1 14.5 oz can undrained tomatoes
1 4oz can mushrooms (drained)
¾ cup uncooked rotini or other pasta
1 small zucchini, thinly sliced
¼ tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. Italian seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef and chopped onion. Put into your stew pot and add beef broth, spaghetti sauce, tomatoes, mushrooms and uncooked rotini or other pasta. Add zucchini, thinly sliced, garlic powder and Italian seasoning. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15-20 minutes.
