1 large bag of chicken tenders, like from Costco
2 onions, diced
2-3 cans diced chilis

3 5.28 – 32 can of diced tomatoes
large 40 oz can of pinto beans
2-3 cans white beans (Northern best)
Optional frozen white or yellow corn
Bottle of salsa

Directions:
Directions:
Saute chicken in skillet, season with garlic, greek seasoning. Continue simmering until tenders are done.
Put rest of the ingredients in a large pot. Add sautéed chicken, onion and chilies to large pot. Bring to simmer. Can simmer for several hours.
Garnish with sour cream, cheese, avacado slices.
