Ingredients:  
¼ c. olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 onion, chopped
2 T. parsley
2 7oz cans chopped green chilies
1 can stewed tomatoes
1 can beef broth
2 cans chicken broth
2 small cans tomato sauce
1 12oz. Can corn, with liquid
1 can kidney beans, drained
1 tsp. Cumin
1 tsp. Chili powder
1 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Pepper
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 ½ T Lea & Perrins steak sauce
1 c. water
5 large chicken breasts, cooked and chunked
2 c. grated cheese
1 bag tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic and parsley in olive oil. Add all ingredients except chicken, cheese and chips. Heat. Add chicken. Heat.
To serve, put chips in bottom of bowl, add soup and top with cheese.
You can also top with avocados, chopped tomatoes, sour cream, olives, salsa, etc. Freezes nicely.
