1 16oz. Pkg. frozen hash browns
1 c. chopped onion
1 14oz can chicken broth
3 c. water
1 10oz. Can cream celery soup
1 can cream chicken soup
2 c. milk
Salt and pepper
Directions:
Directions:
Combine frozen hash browns, onion, broth and water in dutch oven and simmer 30 minutes. Stir in soups, milk, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly.
