2 lbs. Chicken, cooked and cut up
2 14 oz. Cans tomatoes, undrained
2 13.75oz cans of chicken broth
1 4oz. Can green chilies
salt
8 fried corn tortillas or chips
c. green onions, chopped
c. monterrey jack cheese
c. cilantro
c. taco sauce

Combine first 4 ingredients, simmer for 3 hours on low. Put chips or tortillas in bottom of 8 bowls and pour soup on top.
