1 lb. sausage, browned and drained
8 slices of bread cubed (without crust)
Beat together:
6 eggs
¾ tsp. dry mustard
¾ tsp. salt
2 ½ c. milk

Mix together:
1 can cream of mushroom soup
½ can (soup can) of milk

Directions:
Directions:
Place bread in 9x13 pan. Crumble sausage and sprinkle over bread. Beat together eggs, dry mustard, salt and milk and pour over bread. Top with 2 c. grated cheese then cover and refrigerate overnight. The next day, combine soup with 1/2 of the soup can full of milk and stir well. Pour over mixture and bake at 350 for 45 minutes or until brown and bubbly.
