Double Berry Smoothie:
1 c raspberry sorbet
½ c frozen lemonade, mixed up
1 c frozen strawberries
6 ice cubes
*blend 1 - 2 cubes, add 3 - 4 etc.


Mango Lime Smoothie:
½ c passion fruit or lime sorbet
1 tsp grated lime peel
1 Tbsp lime juice, FRESH
2 c diced mango
3 Tbsp sugar
12 ice cubes
* Blend and enjoy


Pineapple Orange Smoothie:
½ c canned cream of coconut
2 Tbsp frozen orange juice concentrate
3 c diced pineapple
10 ice cubes
*Blend and enjoy*
