1 lb. Lean ground beef
1 1/4 oz. Taco seasoning mix
1/4 tsp. Tabasco sauce
12 oz. Restaurant style tortilla chips
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (16 oz)
1 can red jalapeņo pepper wheels, drained (1 cup)
1/2 cup sliced black olives, drained
1/2 cup Valley Forge Colby Cheese, shredded
1 cup salsa
1 cup guacamole
1 cup sour cream

Directions:

Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
In a large skillet, cook and stir the beef over medium-high heat until the beef is thoroughly cooked. Drain. Stir in the taco seasoning mix and tabasco sauce.
Spread half the chips evenly on a sheet pan. Spread half the beef, beans, jalapeņos, olives, and cheese evenly over the chips. Repeat layers.
Bake 10-12 minas or until cheese is melted. Serve with salsa, guacamole, and sour cream.
