4 lbs extra lean ground beef
1 egg slightly beaten
1 large onion grated (or blend egg and onion in electric blender)
salt and pepper

Mix meat, egg, onion and seasoning together. Form into meatballs. Combine the following ingredients to make sauce.

12 oz can taco sauce
12 oz jar of grape jelly
juice of one lemon

Add uncooked meatballs. Simmer over low heat for 1 hour, covered. Remove lid, simmer 1 to 1 1/2 hours uncovered, until sauced thickens. Serves 75 as appetizer This is also good over spaghetti noodles or rice.
