16oz. heavy cream
6 Heath Bars (broken into small pieces) or 2 bags Heath Bar pieces
One pint each of the best quality coffee, chocolate and vanilla ice cream
Creme de Cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Beat heavy cream with mixer until peaks form. Fold in Heath Bar pieces saving 1/3c. for top. Spread on bottom and sides of 10" springform pan. Freeze until firm. Layer ice cream beginning with the coffee and ending with vanilla, freezing between each layer. Sprinkle remaining Heath Bar pieces on top.
To serve, cut into wedges, and drizzle with creme de cocoa.
