1/4c. soy sauce
1/4c. vegetable oil
1/4c. dry red or white wine
1T. sugar
2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 -1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 1/2 lbs. lean boneless pork, cut into 1 1/2" cubes

Directions:
Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a resealable bag and refrigerate. Marinate for at least 2 hours. Grill for about 20 minutes.
