1/2c. sliced almonds
3T. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/4c. olive oil
1T. parsley
2T. sugar
2T. vinegar

1/2 head iceberg lettuce
1/2 head romaine lettuce
1c.celery, chopped
2 green onions - chopped
1-11oz. can Mandarin oranges - drained

Combine sugar and almonds; stir over medium heat until sugar dissolves; set side.
Mix and refrigerate dressing.
Toss salad dressing with lettuces, celery, onions and oranges. Sprinkle almonds on top.
