1-32oz. can sweet potato
1/2 lb. butter
4 eggs
3/4c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
2 - 9" pie crusts

Directions:
Directions:
Allow butter to soften. Drain potatoes thoroughly and place in mixer bowl, add butter and blend. Add eggs one at a time. Add sugar and seasoning and beat until smooth. Should be consistency of pumpkin pie filling. Pour into pie shells and bake at 375 degrees. Check after 35 minutes, knife inserted in center should come out clean. If not, bake an additional 5 or 10 minutes.
