4 large eggs, lightly beaten
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg
2/3 cup orange juice
1/3 cup milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
1 loaf French bread, cut into 1" slices
2/3 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup macadamia nuts, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine eggs, sugar, nutmeg, orange juice, milk, and vanilla in a bowl, stirring well.

Dip bread slices in egg mixture and arrange in a 13x9 baking dish. Pour remaining liquid over lsices; cover and refrigerate at least 8 hours, turning slices once.

Pour batter into a 15x10 inch jellyroll pan; place bread slices in a single layer in pan. Sprinkle with macadamia nuts. Bake at 400º for 20 to 30 minutes. Garnish with powdered sugar and ground nutmeg is desired.
