2 (14 1/2 oz) cans chicken broth
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Dash of ground pepper
2 cups mixed broccoli, carrots, and onions
1/2 oz. egg noodles (medium)
1 1/2 cup frozen, diced, cooked chicken

Directions:
Directions:
In a large sauce pan, combine broth, soy sauce, lemon juice, and ginger. Bring to a boil, then add frozen vegetables and noodles. Return to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 5 minutes. Add frozen chicken. Return to a boil, then reduce heat. Cover and simmer 3 minutes or until noodles and vegies are tender.
