1 box Manicotti Noodles
Med. Chunk Mozzarella Cheese - Grated
1 1/2 lbs. Ground Chuck
1 Container Ricotta Cheese
Prego Spaghetti Sauce
Small Onion - chopped fine
1 Egg
Annis Seed - Just a sprinkle (A Must!)
Salt, Pepper & Garlic Powder

Heat oven to 350º
In a skillet, brown meat with onion, drain. Then add a
handful of Mozzarella Cheese, Egg, Ricotta Cheese, salt, pepper, annis seed & garlic powder to meat.
Boil Noodles (When done I put on wax paper to cool.)
Then split lengthwise. Pour small amout of Prego in bottom of casserole dish. (Just to cover the bottom.)
Stuff hamburger mixture in noodles & place (in a row)
on top of Prego in casserole dish. Pour remaining Prego over top. Top with Mozzarella Cheese!
Heat until cheese melted & pretty - about 30 min.
Meat can be prepared ahead of time & refrigerated.
