1 package lumpia wrappers (in the frozen food section)
1 lb. ground beef (lean)
1 onion, chopped
2 shredded carrots
2 tablespoons garlic salt
salt and pepper to tase

Directions:
Directions:
Mix hamburger with onion, carrots, garlic and salt and pepper. Thaw lumpia wrappers. Place a little hamburger mixture onto wrappers. Roll up in a burrito fashion; make sure that they are really tightly rolled. Seal them with a little water. Deep fry until golden brown.
