1 c. sugar
4 oz. cream cheese, softened
c. butter, softened
3 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
tsp. salt
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine ingredients, roll out and bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes. Cool and frost with some delicious frosting!

This makes a very wet batter. I usually knead in flour until it is the right consistency to roll out and use cookie cutters on.
