1 1/2 lbs Ground Chuck
1 can Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Onion - Chopped
1 can Tomato Soup
1 Green Pepper - Chopped
1 can Rotel Tomatoes (I use Mild)
Brown & Drain Above
1 can Mushrooms pieces
1 bag Medium to Wide Egg Noodles
1 lb Grated Monterey Jack Cheese

Directions:

Cook noodles per directions.

Mix all ingredients together - Pour in glass casserole dish & top with grated Monterey Jack Cheese

Bake @ 350º for 30 min.
(May be put in 2 casserole dishes & freeze one. To cook frozen one - set out in AM & cook in PM as above.)

I got this recipe from my mother-in-law & it is Yummy!!
Hint: I use a metal spatula to cut thru the cheese
& noodles, then it's perfect for scooping it out when serving!
