1/3 c. Red Wine Vinegar
1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 Tbsp poppy seeds
1 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 1/2 tsp. freshly minced onion
2 bags of spinach (fresh)
pecans
chopped strawberries

Directions:

Mix first 7 ingredients in blender for dressing (don't over do it).
Pour over spinach, then top with pecans and strawberries.
