2 1/2 lbs sharp cheddar "Wispride"
1/2 lb cottage cheese small curd
1 3 oz pkg cream cheese
1 jar pimento (optional)
1/2 small onion chopped fine
1/4 medium green pepper chopped fine
dash Tabasco
dash worcesteshire sauce
dash garlic

Have ingredients at room temperature
Mix all together. Keep refrigerated.
Serve with crackers or good with rye or pumpernickel
