1 2 pound beef tenderloin
1/2 cup catsup
1/2 cup water
1 envelope Italian salad dressing mix
1 teaspoon prepared mustard
1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Pierce meat on all sides with a long-tined fork; place in plastic bag set in deep bowl. Combine catsup, water, dry salad dressing mix, mustard, and Worcestershire sauce; pour over meat in bag and close. Refrigerate 24 hours; occasionally press bag against meat to distribute marinade evenly.
Remove meat from bag, reserving marinade. Place meat on rack in shallow roasting pan. Insert meat thermometer. Roast at 425º till thermometer registers 140º for rare, 45 to 50 minutes; (longer if you like it medium) baste occasionally with half of the reserved marinade. Let stand 15 minutes before carving.
In saucepan, heat remaining marinade to boiling; spoon over meat.
