1 or 2T. olive oil
1 medium onion chopped
3 pieces Premio Italian sausage
3 pieces pork neck bones
2 pieces country style spare ribs
1- 35oz. can Tuttorosso peeled plum tomatoes
2- 8oz. cans Del Monte tomato sauce
2- 6oz. cans Contadina tomato paste
water
fresh basil
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash original blend seasoning
salt and pepper, to taste

In a large pot, heat oil over low heat. Add chopped onion, and meat. Brown meat on both sides and saute onions until translucent. Turn off burner when done. In blender, "blend" Tuttorosso tomatoes, add to pot. Add Del Monte tomato sauce plus 2 cans water; add Contadina tomato paste plus 2 cans water. Add handful of fresh basil, 1 tsp. Mrs. Dash seasoning and salt and pepper to taste. Stir all together and cook at medium heat until boiling. Reduce to low flame, cover pot, and cook 1 1/2 hours, stirring often. If gravy is too thick you may add a little more water.
