1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c finely diced celery
1/2 medium green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp butter or margarine
1 can (151/2 to 16 ounces) corned beef hash
1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
1 tsp chili powder
1 can (1pound) red kidney beans, undrained
1/2 c water

Directions:
Cook onion, garlic, celery and green pepper in the butter until onion is lightly browned. Add hash and cook 5 minutes, breaking up with fork. Add remaining ingredients and bring to boil. Simmer, uncovered, 15 minutes.
