1 tbsp instant minced onion
1 can (12 ounces) corned beef, broken in pieces
2 c diced cooked potato
1 1/4 c undiluted evaporated milk
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
3 tbsp butter
3 tbsp flour
1 c (6 ounces) whole-kernel corn
1/3 c shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix onion, beef, potato, 1/2 c milk, 1/2 tsp salt and 1/8 tsp pepper. Press against sides and bottom of shallow 1 quart baking dish. Melt butter and blend in four and remaining salt and pepper. Add corn liquid and remaining milk and cook, stirring, until thickened. Add corn and pour into lined baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese.

Bake in moderate oven (350) about 30 minutes.
