1 medium onion, diced
2 jalapenos, diced
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1-14 oz. can diced tomatoes with juice
1-14 oz. can diced mild green chiles
1c. corn kernels
2c. chicken stock
6 corn tortillas, julienned
1c. diced cooked chicken
1/2 small bunch cilantro

* salt, lemon juice, cumin, chili powder- to taste.

Saute onion, jalapenos and garlic until soft. Add tomatoes, green chilies, corn, chicken stock, and tortillas. Bring to a boil and simmer until tortillas disintegrate into soup. Add chicken meat and cilantro. Season to taste and garnish with baked tortilla chips. Serves 8 people.
