Frozen Lemon Dessert Recipe

1/4 c. butter, melted
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
2 T. sugar

1 1/2 c. cream, whipped
4 eggs, separated
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
yellow food coloring

Whip cream and set aside. Beat egg whites and beat in sugar until stiff. Beat egg yolks and add juice. Fold into egg whites and cream. Add food coloring to make pale yellow.

Press crumbs into a 9x13 pan. Save a few for the top. Add cream mixture and sprinkle with crumbs. Freeze.
