1 cup mashed sweet potatoes 1/8 tsp salt 2 cups self rising flour 1/3 cup shortening 1/3 cup milk
Grease cookie sheet. Sprinkle salt on potatoes. Sift flour, cut shortening and potatoes into flour. Add milk gradually( more or less according to potatoes). Mix well and shape with hands. Bake 12-15 mins in 400º oven. Butter and serve hot.
