1 1/2 stick margarine
1 cup flour
1 cup sugar
pinch of salt
4 tsp baking powder
1 cup milk
1 11/2 quarts peaches
Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in baking dish. Mix together flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and milk. Pour over butter. Spoon peaches over mixture. Bake at 350º for 1 hour or until light brown. Remove from oven, sprinkle with sugar. Return to oven to finish browning. Serve cold or warm with ice cream
