1 9" unbaked pastry crust

Mix in a 1 1/2 quart bowl

3/4 cup sugar
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
Stir in 1 cup dark corn syrup. Beat in 2 eggs, one at a time. Mix 1/2 cup evaporated milk, 1 cup pecans and 1 tsp vanilla.

Pour into crust. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes, or until firm
