1 3 oz pkg lime jello
1/2 cup hot water
1/2 cup evaporated milk
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp grated onion
3 tbsp grated carrot
3/4 lb cottage cheese
1/2 cup maonnaise
3 tbsp chopped celery

Directions:
Directions:
Stir jello in hot water until dissolved
Stir in remaining ingredients and chill
If using mold, line with small amount of mayonnaise first. This helps with turning it out.
