6 ounces cream cheese
1 green onion
10 ounce cream of mushroom soup
1 tbsp gelatin dissolved in 3 tbsp cold water
7 ounce can crab meat
1 c chopped celery
1 c mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Heat soup. Dissolve gelatin and water in hot soup. Cool slightly. Combine with other ingredients. Put in loaf or fish mold. Chill in refrigerator at least overnight. Decorate with green olive slices, lemon, parsley, etc. Serve with crisp crackers. Use a small knife to spread on crackers.

Cream of chicken or cream of celery soup can be used instead of cream of mushroom. The soup is not diluted for this recipe.
