1/4 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
3 eggs
enough milk to make the batter the consistency of paint.

Whisk the ingredients together. In a hot fry pan, butter the bottom lightly so that the pancake will not stick. As the pan is conditioned, you will need less butter. Tip the pan so that the batter makes a large, thin crepe like pancake. Turn over once. Serve with sprinkled sugar (as Nana would do).
