4 boneless chicken breasts
white wine
worchestershire sauce
1 cup frozen English peas
white pepper
large can artichoke hearts, chopped
2/3 can sliced and slivered water chestnuts
cup sliced black olives
cup mayonaise
cup light sour cream
salt and pepper to taste

Sprinkle chicken with white wine, worchestershire sauce and tarragon. Microwave for 4-5 minutes (or until done). Cut chicken into bite-size pieces and leave in dish to soak up sauce.

Cook 2 to 3 cups pasta.

mix english peas, seasoned slightly with white pepper and just a little marjoram. (microwave slightly)

Combine all the above with mayo and light sour cream.

You can also use plain yogurt or any combination of these.
