1 Large head Napa Cabbage- chop course
4 Green Onions, sliced
Dressing:
3/4 c. Vegetable oil 2 T. Soy Sauce
1/4 c. Red Wine Vinegar 1/2 c. Sugar
Topping:
1/2 c. Butter 2 T. Sugar
2 pkgs. Ramen noodles- crushed ( do not use seasoning pack)
1 small pkg. of Sliced Almonds

Directions:
Directions:
Combine Napa Cabbage and green onion in salad bowl.
Mix together dressing ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk.
Topping:
Melt butter in a saute pan, adding remaining ingredients and brown. Drain on paper towel.
(Tip: Keep an eye on the toppings while browning they will quickly burn)
Add Dressing and Topping to the Salad Mixture and Enjoy!
