CRUST:
1½ cups graham cracker crumbs
4 Tbsp sugar
4 Tbsp butter (melted)

FILLING:
24 ounces cream cheese, softened
5 eggs
1 cup sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract

TOPPING:
2 cups sour cream
½ cup sugar
1-2 tsp. almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 300º. Mix all crust ingredients well and press onto bottom of 9-inch springform pan.

Blend all filling ingredients well; pour into prepared pan. Bake 300 degrees for 1 hour or until set.

Blend topping ingredients. Pour over cake and return to oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and allow to cool uncovered overnight on wire rack. Loosen, then remove sides of pan; cover cake loosely and refrigerate. Serves 12-16.
