A stick of gum to remind you to stick with it.
A candle to give you light when you feel you have burned out.
A kiss to remember someone cares.
Smarties to help on days when you dont feel so smart.
A life saver to remember everyone needs one every once in a while.
A snicker to help remember the funny side, because there is one.
Confetti to celebrate the good times.
A penny to thank you for sharing your thoughts.

And a bag to keep it all together.
You are loved.

Personal Notes:
You can adjust it all for the person. And for the ''why'' you are giving it. Its not really a ''recipe''. But kind of. And I have found the people I have shared them with seem to get a lot from the little things.
