2 lbs chicken
1/4 whole onion
Tsp. curry powder
1 c. heavy cream
1/4-1/2 c. raisons, currants
1/2 to 1 whole Mango
1/2 to 1 c. shredded coconut
2 c. white rice
Mango Chutney

Directions:
Directions:
Start cooking chicken, add onions, and saute 2 mins. Add salt and pepper, cream, and raisons. Saute 2 more mins. Add mango and curry powder, saute 2 min. Add coconut for one min. Remove from heat - pour over white rice.
