1/4 cup red wine vinegar
1 clove garlic,minced
1 teaspoon salt
2 heaping teaspoons Dijon mustard
freshly ground pepper to taste
3/4 cup olive oil

Directions:

Combine first five ingredients in a jar with lid. Shake well. Add olive oil and shake.
